This tyre has all the features of the KHE Mac2+ tyre but with a wire bead instead of a Kevlar bead. Although this makes the tyre heavier than its Kevlar equivalent it is still lighter than many other wire bead tyres on the market.

The KHE Mac2+ tyre is undoubtedly one of the best BMX Park tyres available. The combination of a responsive micro tread design and light weight Kevlar bead make this the first choice of tyre for many of the world’s top professional ramp and park riders.

The reduced weight of the tyres has a significant positive impact when performing spinning tricks such as 360’s, 720’s etc. The reduced ‘rotational weight’ makes those tricks feel much easier and is a reason why BMX riders keep coming back to the KHE Mac2+ tyre.

The Mac2+ tyre uses a wire bead inside the tyre to help keep it fitted firmly to the rim as well as a higher TPI (Threads Per Inch) construction, to achieve this the threads are thinner which further reduces the weight while also allowing the tyre to be pumped up to a higher pressure.

This tyre is ideal for riders that want the proven tread design and high pressure construction of the Mac2+ tyre but aren't ready to spend the extra money on the Kevlar version.
